As with any project, sometimes tools make it all that much more enjoyable, and for this quilt, while not required, I highly recommend the use of a Curve Master 1/4" Presser Foot (here's a video on how it's used) and purchasing the acrylic templates from Tabslot on Etsy for cutting your fabrics - I used both for my quilt!
